Terms and Conditions...


				These terms and conditions pertain to an individual and/or
company's participation in the Pocket Flier Ambassador
Affiliate program.

1. Joining the Program
   By filling out the following form you will automatically
   become a Pocket Flier Ambassador affiliate. Your
   participation in the program is solely for this purpose:
   to legally advertise the Pocket Flier site and receive a
   commission based on products purchased by your referred
   individuals. 

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
   Your affiliate application and status in the program may
   be suspended or terminated for any of the following
   reasons:

   a: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims,
      misleading hyperlinks)
 
   b: Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting,
      etc...) 

   c: Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal
      activities 

   d: Violation of intellectual property rights (copying
      Pocket Flier material other than promotion material
      and/or material proposed in our member area) 

3. Linking to Pocket Flier!
   You may use graphic and text links both on your web site
   and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline"
   in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may
   use the graphics and text provided to you by Pocket
   Flier Ambassador, or you may create your own as long as
   they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions
   in paragraph 2. 

4. Affiliate Commissions
   You will be paid referral fees for every Pocket Flier
   purchase/funding of bid-for-keyword account via online
   credit card orders or paid by check (subject to check
   clearance). You will receive 25% of the purchase price
   of funding a Pocket Flier account directly generated by
   your hyperlinks. You will also be paid an additional 5%
   commission on the fees generated by webmasters you refer
   to the Pocket Flier Ambassador affiliate program. You
   will NOT receive affiliate commission on products bought
   by yourself or your company.

   Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly with a
   minimum check value of $25. If the minimum value isn't
   reached in 6 months time - the check will be given for
   the value under $25. Alternatively, your Pocket Flier
   account will be credited with the commission value
   earned for a given month. If the referred product was
   refunded, money was reimbursed or a credit card charge
   backs occurred, Pocket Flier has the right to deduct the
   appropriate commissions. 

5. Terms of the agreement
   These terms will begin upon your signup with the
   affiliate program and will end when either you or Pocket
   Flier terminates your affiliate status. The terms of
   this agreement may be modified at any time by Pocket
   Flier!. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your
   only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your
   continuing participation in the program will constitute
   your acceptance of any change. 

6. Liability
   Pocket Flier will not be liable for indirect or
   accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to
   affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and
   any results of "intents of harm" to the
   program. Pocket Flier does not make any expressed or
   implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program
   and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that
   the operation of Pocket Flier will be error-free and
   will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
